Hello future host family!
My name is Maresca, I’m 19 years old and I’m from Germany. I would describe myself as a friendly, caring, open-minded and empathetic person. I love spending time with children, meeting new people and discovering different countries and cultures.
In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, spending time with my friends, going for walks and travelling. I’m also a huge animal lover and have several pets at home!
I currently work in a dental practice in Germany, but one of my biggest dreams is to spend a year abroad as an au pair.
I would especially love to live in Italy! 🇮🇹 I absolutely love the Italian culture, the language, the food and the beautiful landscapes. My goal is to improve my Italian, speak the language fluently, gain new experiences and become more independent.
I’m hoping to find a warm and welcoming host family where I can feel comfortable, become part of everyday family life and offer caring and reliable support.
For me, being an au pair is much more than just a job. It’s an opportunity to meet new people, learn from each other, experience a different culture and create beautiful memories together.
I also have a driving licence and driving experience. I would be really happy to get to know you!

Esperienza con bambini
I have gained practical childcare experience through an internship, where I worked with children between the age of 2-10.
During my internship, I supported the children with their daily routines, played games with them, helped with homework and took part in different activities.
This experience taught me how important patience, empathy, creativity and responsibility are when working with children.
What I enjoyed most was spending time with the children, helping them learn new things and supporting them whenever they needed help.
I enjoy spending time with children of different ages, and I would also be happy to support older children and teenagers with their daily activities, homework and hobbies.
For me, it’s especially important that children feel comfortable, understood and safe around me.
