My name is Mary, and I am from Kenya. I am a warm-hearted, caring, patient, and responsible young woman who genuinely enjoys spending time with children and helping them grow in a safe, loving, and happy environment.
I have experience caring for children of different ages, including infants and toddlers. I have helped care for my nephews since they were newborns, supported a family friend’s child, and gained childcare experience while working as an au pair in South Africa. My responsibilities included feeding, bathing, helping with homework, school drop-offs, and keeping children entertained and safe. These experiences have taught me patience, responsibility, and the importance of giving every child individual care and attention.
In my free time, I enjoy arts and crafts, drawing, painting, outdoor activities, camping, and learning new things. I speak English and Swahili, and I am also interested in learning new languages and discovering different cultures.
Becoming an au pair is special to me because I would love to experience life in another country, learn about a new culture, and become a meaningful part of a host family. Expérience avec les enfants
I have gained valuable childcare experience through babysitting since last year and continuing to the present, working as an au pair in South Africa, and working as a nanny in Kenya. These experiences have helped me become a patient, responsible, loving, and attentive caregiver.
As a babysitter, I have cared for children of different ages, helping with feeding, bathing, playtime, and keeping them safe and comfortable. I have also helped care for my nephews from when they were newborns, which has given me a special understanding of the patience and attention that young children need.
During my time as an au pair in South Africa, I gained experience supporting children in their daily routines, preparing meals, assisting with homework, and creating fun and engaging activities. As a nanny in Kenya, I continued developing my childcare skills by providing attentive care and helping children feel safe, happy, and loved.
