Hello dear Host Family!
My name is Sreya, I am 21 years old and I come from Kerala, India.
I would describe myself as a friendly, caring, open-minded and responsible person. I enjoy meeting new people, learning about different cultures and experiencing new things. I like staying active, trying new activities and bringing positive energy into everyday life.
In my free time, I enjoy dancing, travelling and reading. I have a special interest in traditional Indian dance, and I love exploring different dance styles. I also enjoy cooking Indian food and would be happy to share some of my favourite dishes with my host family.
I speak English, Malayalam and Tamil fluently, and I can also speak a little German. I am currently continuing my German studies and look forward to improving my language skills through everyday conversations with my host family.
Becoming an au pair in Germany is an opportunity I genuinely look forward to. I would love to experience a new culture, discover everyday life in Germany and build a close and trusting relationship with my host family.
I hope to find a family where we can share experiences, communicate openly, respect each other and make lovely memories together.

Expérience avec les enfants
I have completed 260 hours of childcare experience over a period of four months. During this time, I gained practical experience caring for children, supporting their daily routines and spending quality time with them.
I also have little cousins in my family, and I enjoy spending time with them, playing together and being involved in their activities. Being around children has always been something I enjoy.
I like engaging children in creative activities, playing games, helping them learn new things and making their everyday moments enjoyable. I believe patience, kindness and understanding are very important when caring for children.
Apart from this, I also teach traditional Indian dance to children, which has helped me become more patient, creative and comfortable interacting with them.
I genuinely enjoy being around children and would love to bring the same care, warmth and enthusiasm to my future host family.
