Hola! I'm Valentina from Colombia. I'm patient and creative, and I enjoy sharing painting, drawing and reading with children. I believe a quiet half hour with a picture book or some watercolours can be as exciting as any game outside.
I'm good at noticing what a child is interested in and building on it, whether that's dinosaurs, space or a favourite story. I'm tidy, I like helping around the house, and I can cycle, so bike rides to the park or a local market would suit me.
I'd like to spend half a year to a year abroad, practise my English every day and get to know another culture. I'm looking for a family who enjoy sharing everyday life, and who'd like their children to hear some Spanish.
Expérience avec les enfants
I spent two years as an au pair assistant in a bilingual household, helping the main au pair with two children aged 3 and 6. We spoke Spanish and English at home, and I learned how to switch between the two languages naturally during games and meals.
I also volunteered at a community art class for children on weekends. I enjoy planning small projects, such as making cards or a story book, that children can take home and be proud of.

I'm in good health, a non-smoker, and I have no allergies. I don't have a driving licence at the moment.
