My name is Vanitah Nakato, and I am a 25-year-old Ugandan with a Bachelor’s degree in Music from Makerere University. I am a friendly, responsible, patient and caring person who enjoys spending time with children and supporting their development.
I love music, singing, creative activities and learning about different cultures. I would be happy to become part of a welcoming host family, help care for their children and share my culture while learning about theirs.
I am respectful, adaptable, hardworking and committed to creating a safe, positive and happy environment for children.
Childcare experience
I have practical experience caring for children through babysitting and helping families with their daily childcare needs.
My responsibilities have included supervising children, helping with meals, maintaining cleanliness, organising playtime and keeping children safe and comfortable.
I enjoy engaging children in educational games, storytelling, singing and creative activities. My background in Music helps me introduce fun and interactive activities that encourage children’s learning and creativity.
I understand the importance of patience, kindness, responsibility and following parents’ instructions when caring for children. I am willing to learn and adapt to each family’s routines and expectations.
