Bio
Pryvit! I'm Olena from Ukraine. I'm patient and nurturing, and I love teaching children to draw: starting with simple shapes, then building up to animals, houses and imaginary worlds. I enjoy seeing children surprise themselves with what they can create.
I'm hard-working and flexible, and I'm used to caring for several children at once. I can cook, tidy and help with homework, and I can drive and cycle, so I can be useful with school runs and outings. I speak Ukrainian and Russian, and I'm also confident in English.
I'd like to spend a year or more abroad, in a family where I can feel safe, respected and part of the household. I'm calm, kind and organised, and I'd like to build real relationships with the children.
Childcare experience
I worked for two years as a live-in nanny for a family with three children aged 3, 7 and 11. I took care of breakfast, school drop-offs, homework, dinners and bedtime routines, and I developed a good sense of how to give each child attention while keeping the day running.
I also helped organise children's birthday parties and small craft workshops. Living with the family taught me how to communicate clearly, respect household rules and be flexible when plans change.
Health, allergies, special diets or other information
I'm in good health and have no allergies. I smoke, but never in front of children or inside the home, and I'm happy to follow house rules. I have a driving licence.
