Hello! I'm Chidinma from Nigeria. I'm energetic and responsible, and I enjoy sports and reading with children. I like football, relay races and skipping games, and I'm just as happy with a stack of picture books on the sofa.
I'm outgoing, but I take my duties seriously, and I know how to give children clear and kind boundaries. I swim, I can drive and I'm happy to help with homework and meals. English is my first language, so I'm happy to help children practise it.
I'd like to spend three to six months abroad, discover a new culture and gain more childcare experience. I'm friendly and adaptable, and I'd like to be a positive and fun presence in a family's life.
Childcare experience
I have three years of experience babysitting for multiple families, with children from 1 to 12. I took care of meals, baths, homework and play, and I'm used to adapting quickly to a new household's rules and routines.
I also led a Saturday reading and sports club for younger children in my community. I enjoy giving children a mix of physical and quiet activities, and I know how to keep a group engaged.
Health, allergies, special diets or other information
I'm healthy and active and can swim. I smoke, but never around children or in a family's home, and I'm happy to follow house rules. I have a driving licence.
