Hi! My name is Vivian. I am a 20-year-old from Kenya with a naturally calm, warm, and gentle nature that helps children feel safe and at ease right away. I am kind, reliable, and very flexible when family plans or daily routines shift. I take initiative around the house to keep things running smoothly and make your day easier.
How I Support Your Family:
1: Experienced & Gentle Care: I have hands-on experience caring for infants (including bottle feeding and singing them to sleep), toddlers, and young children. I am comfortable with kids of all ages and adapt easily to each child's personality.
2:Active Play & Outdoor Fun: I am a confident bicycle rider and love bringing energy to daily play—outdoor walks, nature, singing, crafts, and traditional Kenyan games to keep kids happy and screen-free.
3: Cooking & Household Help: I am happy to cook tasty meals for the children, share delicious home-cooked Kenyan dishes, and help prepare family dinners. I proactively keep play spaces tidy and manage child laundry so you come home to a peaceful house.

My Goals:
This is a meaningful cultural exchange for me. My long-term goal back home in Kenya is to open an early childhood daycare center in Nairobi specifically for expat families. Living with and supporting a European family as an au pair gives me firsthand understanding of international childcare standards, which I will bring back home to build my future.

Erfahrung mit Kinderbetreuung
My experience with kids ranges from looking after babies, 3 year olds, and 5-year-olds to 3 months of volunteering at a local daycare. I am very active, so I love running around outside with energetic toddlers, riding bikes, and playing games. Bottle feeding while singing babies to sleep is my absolute favorite part of childcare, and I always keep a calm, watchful eye to make sure the kids are safe and happy.

I am in great overall health, a non-smoker, and have no allergies at all. I have no special dietary restrictions I eat everything and am always happy to adapt to your family's cooking! I am also a huge animal lover and have the sweetest dog of my own back home, so I am very comfortable and excited to live in a house with pets :)
