Kia ora! I'm Charlotte from New Zealand. I'm outdoorsy and fun, and I love hiking and beach days with kids: building sandcastles, hunting for shells, skimming stones and spotting wildlife along the trail. I like helping children feel brave and curious outdoors.
I'm easy-going, positive and used to being active. I swim confidently and I can drive, so I'm happy to help with outings and school runs.
I'd like to spend six months to a year abroad, see a new part of the world and experience life with a host family. English is my first language, and I'd be glad to share some Māori words and songs with the children.
Experiencia con niños
For two years I worked as an after-school nanny, collecting two children from school, helping with homework and preparing dinner. We spent many afternoons outdoors, whatever the weather, and I learned how to plan activities for different ages and energy levels.
I also volunteered as a helper at a surf and swim programme for children. I'm confident supervising water activities and know basic water safety.
Salud, alergias, dietas especiales u otra información
I'm healthy and fit, and I'm a strong swimmer. I smoke, but never around children or in a family's home, and I'm happy to follow house rules. I have a driving licence.
