Merhaba! I'm Elif from Turkey. I'm friendly and adaptable, and I love baking with children: mixing, measuring, decorating and, of course, tasting. A tray of cookies is a great way to practise counting and patience, and children tend to be proud of what they make.
I like routines that feel warm and relaxed, and I'm good at settling into a new household quickly. I can drive, I enjoy cycling, and I'm happy to help with school runs and homework.
I'd like to spend six months to a year abroad, improve my English and learn about another culture. I'm respectful of different customs and I'd be glad to share some Turkish sweets and traditions with the family.
Erfahrung mit Kinderbetreuung
I babysat for family friends throughout high school, caring for children from toddlers to ten-year-olds. I took care of meals, baths and bedtime, and I learned how to get children to cooperate by making the task a game.
I also helped at a small bakery during holidays, which is where my love of baking comes from. I'm happy to prepare simple meals and snacks for children and to follow a family's preferences carefully.

I'm in good health and have no allergies. I smoke, but never around children or inside the home, and I follow a host family's rules. I have a driving licence.
